New boding process
With reference to the traditional Vacuum Bonding Technology, our new inovative „Dual-Chamber-with Membrane“ Vacuum Bonding Technology (patent pending) not only has the advantage of ensuring bubble-free bonding by having the bonding executed in the vacuum chambers, but also includes additional process measures to directly control the uniformity of the bonding layer. All these measures further improve the quality of DVD bonding in signal, mechanics, and cosmetics, and make this new bonding technology compatible with DVD5, 10, 9 as well as HD-DVD.
Unique and simple structure design
The structure design of our new “Dual-Chamber-with Membrane” Vacuum Bonding Technology (patent pending) has intelligently taken advantage of our existing metalizing technology. The speed of it can be as high as our existing metalizer. This will greatly improves the production efficiency. The total bonding structure (patent pending) is extremely simple. All mechanical movements are circular. All these design further improves the production reliability.
Flexibility and compatibility
In our DVD bonding process, the discs are spin-coated first, bonded later. This flow makes the equipment able to switch between DVD production and CD production easily. Comparing this bonding technology with other different bonding technologies, our “Dual-Chamber-with
Membrane” Vacuum Bonding Technology (patent pending) have a much bigger tolerance on the glue and substrates used in the DVD production, thus it gives a much bigger process window for DVD production.
